The Guard Shack Security is responsible for managing all vehicle arrivals and departures at the cross-dock facility, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols while delivering exceptional service to clients. As Guard Shack Security, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and privacy of clients and their shipments. Key Result Areas

• Verify and document all vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring adherence to proper procedures.
• Conduct security checks and inspection of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Assist drivers with parking, loading, and unloading instructions, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Maintain accurate logs of all transactions related to vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
• Enforce safety, security, and privacy protocols to safeguard clients' shipments and facility integrity.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and management regarding vehicle status and operational issues.
• Respond promptly to any security or safety concerns, escalating incidents when necessary.
• Support the overall efficiency of the cross-dock operations by facilitating smooth vehicle flow and minimizing delays.
