Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Security Guard to join our team at the Philadelphia Airport location. This on-site role offers a clear path for growth within a hospitality-focused company with a broad portfolio and multiple benefits.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in security, a high school diploma, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining excellent observation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in Security role.
• High School education required; post-high school education preferred; Peace Officer training preferred.
• Ability to observe details and maintain situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts.
• Check doors and stairwells to ensure security.
• Respond to complaints and calls for help.
• Operate and monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Escort unruly patrons and loiterers from the property.
• Assist with securing taxi for intoxicated guests.
• Complete end-of-shift reports.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Escorts unruly patrons and loiters from the property
• Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests
• Fills out report at end of shift
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two (2) years in Security role
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferred

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings
