Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Security Guard to join our team. This role supports our hospitality mission by maintaining a safe environment for guests and associates across all shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in security, a high school diploma, and the ability to calmly handle high-pressure situations while patrolling, checking doors, and monitoring cameras. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• High School diploma or equivalent; Peace Officer training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols property inside and out during all shifts.
• Check doors and stairwells to ensure they are secure.
• Respond to complaints and calls for help.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Escort unruly patrons and loiterers from the property.
• Assist with taxi arrangements for intoxicated guests.
• Complete shift-end reports.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts
• Check doors and stairwells to make sure they are secure
• Respond to complaints and calls for help
• Purchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Escorts unruly patrons and loiters from the property
• Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests
• Fills out report at end of shift
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two (2) years in Security role
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferred

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Authoritative verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings
