• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security breaches.
• Respond to alarms, calls and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows and gates.
• Provide assistance to residents and staff, including escorting individuals as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and observations.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Social Services to ensure a seamless care experience.

• Patrol the facility, including hallways, patient rooms, and common areas, to deter unauthorized access and ensure the safety of residents, staff, and visitors
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security breaches
• Respond to alarms, calls, and emergency situations promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular security checks, including inspections of doors, windows, and gates
• Provide assistance to residents and staff members as needed, including escorting individuals to their destinations
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and observations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Nursing and Social Services, to ensure a seamless and efficient care experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification a plus
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
