The Westin St. Louis is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard to help ensure guest and staff safety at our downtown property. The role requires vigilance, clear communication, and the ability to respond quickly to incidents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior security or hotel experience, strong English, and a calm demeanor in high-stress situations; flexible availability including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security/law enforcement experience, hotel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/ CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview

Part-Time | $19.00/hour | Westin St. Louis | Hotel/Hospitality

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team! As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly in high-stress situations.
