Job summary

Cypress Village in Jacksonville, FL is hiring to support resident safety and daily operations at a Life Care Services managed retirement community. You will respond to emergencies, conduct rounds, and maintain logs to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff.

The role requires CPR/First Aid and weekend availability. Benefits include paid training, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and access to Daily Pay as part of our comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is required or training provided after hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the emergency response system and maintain logs (door unlock, e-call, doctor run sheets).
• Perform scheduled rounds inside and outside to maintain a secure environment.
• Maintain timely reports and logs (incident reports, safety inspections, service requests, emergency logs).
• Immediately notify appropriate personnel of emergencies (Executive Director/Administrator, Department Heads, Supervisor, Health Center Charge Nurse).
• Assist management with marketing and community events, traffic direction, guest check-in, parking, and security as needed.
