Job summary

ProFrac Services is seeking a security guard to monitor access to the company property and ensure MSHA compliance for employees and visitors. The role includes greeting guests, documenting entry/exit, directing traffic, and reporting irregularities.

Responsibilities require completing paperwork, site-specific training for first-time visitors, and maintaining safety and orderly conditions on site. The position may involve outdoor work in varying weather, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid non-commercial driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, visitors, contractors at the entrance of the company property.
• Monitor, authorize, and document entrance and departure of individuals.
• Direct traffic on company property and ensure trucks use correct routes.
• Write reports on activities, irregularities, and property damage.
• Notify appropriate parties of irregular situations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site-specific visitor training.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed for visitors.
• Inspect outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of property.
• Comply with MSHA regulations.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsible for monitoring, documenting, and controlling the flow of traffic entering and exiting the company property. Responsible for ensuring employees and visitors are within compliance with MSHA regulations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet all employees, visitors, contractors, etc. at the entrance of the company property.

• Monitor, authorize, and document entrance and departure of employees, visitors, contractors, and other individuals on the property.

• Direct traffic in the appropriate direction on company property.

• Ensure trucks are travelling the correct route.

• Write reports of any activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

• Follow protocol for notifying appropriate parties if an irregular situation occurs.

• Ensure all employees, visitors, and contractors remain in compliance with safety regulations in accordance with MSHA and company policies while on company property.

• Conduct site-specific training for individuals who visit company property for the first time.

• Ensure all necessary and required paperwork is completed, prior to entering, by individuals visiting company property and maintain paperwork in compliance with company and MSHA procedures.

• Inspects outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of company property or products.

• Comply with MSHA regulations.

• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Previous security experience is preferred.

• Must hold a valid non-commercial driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be able to perform duties in a safe manner.

• Knowledge of principles for providing strong customer satisfaction.

• Must be able to work in adverse working conditions such as heat, wet, cold, noise, etc.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Most duties require outside assignments and require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
