Mineral Ridge Gold, LLC in the United States is seeking a Security Guard to maintain a safe, secure environment across the mine site, man camp, administration buildings, warehouses, and active construction areas. You will manage access control, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and enforce site policies in close collaboration with site leadership.
The role covers patrols, surveillance, incident reporting, and safety compliance with MSHA requirements.
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and controlled environment at the Mineral Ridge Gold mine site and associated facilities, including the man camp, administration buildings, warehouses, and active construction and operational areas. This role supports asset protection, access control, safety compliance, and incident response while working closely with site leadership, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and operations teams.
This role is field-based across the mine site, man camp, administration buildings, warehouses, and active construction and operational areas, in all weather conditions. The Security Guard works closely with the IT & Security Manager, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and operations teams on a day-to-day basis.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer background screening, medical exam, and drug/alcohol screening verifying the candidate’s ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
