Job summary

Enboarder is seeking a Security Governance professional who can bridge Security & Compliance with Engineering to implement scalable governance across systems. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product Security, Legal, and other stakeholders to translate security and regulatory expectations into practical, actionable requirements that engineers can implement and validate.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in security engineering, cloud security, product security.
• Ability to translate security, risk, regulatory, or compliance requirements into technical implementation requirements.
• Experience with security controls/frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, SOX, FedRAMP.
• Ability to work with Engineering while partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security, Risk and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate governance expectations for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Assurance and Engineering by ensuring governance requirements are technically feasible and implementable.
• Evaluate how security and compliance controls are implemented across applications, platforms, and clouds.
• Create the engineering feedback loop to simplify controls and guidance.
• Translate regulatory expectations into actionable technical requirements for Engineering.
• Develop second-line oversight protocols to audit controls across engineering teams.
• Report control reliability and risk trends to executive leadership.
• Represent Assurance across architecture, engineering, security, and governance discussions.
