Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chicago is seeking an Agile/DevSecOps practitioner to drive secure delivery across teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, mentor teams, and collaborate with security and product stakeholders to embed secure development practices.

The role emphasizes shift-left security, risk management, and transparent reporting on delivery health, with a focus on continuous improvement in a cybersecurity delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile like SAFe or LeSS.
• Experience in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Understanding secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, security testing, and shift-left security.
• Ability to create/dashboards and metrics using Jira, Confluence, Tableau or similar.
• Experience in log analysis and production issue troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Agile principles and scaled frameworks.
• Identify and remove impediments to sustainable delivery momentum.
• Collaborate with security, DevOps, and stakeholders to integrate secure development practices into SDLC.
• Promote shift-left security with threat modeling, security testing, and code reviews.
• Support backlog prioritization and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Provide visibility into delivery health, risks, dependencies, and opportunities through dashboards.
