Job summary

Leidos is recruiting a Research Methodologist / Psychologist for Behavioral Analysis Research to conduct empirically valid behavioral science studies informing NCSC security missions. The role involves translating complex technical data for non-technical audiences and producing final reports and briefings.

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. The candidate will design methodologies, collect and analyze data, and lead projects with strong collaboration and integrity.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.
• 12–15 years of experience with BS, or 10–13 years with MS.
• Doctorate in psychology or related field optional.
• Minimum five years of professional psychology research experience.
• Experience supporting IC or DoD research elements.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in human behavior and application of psychological principles to security/insider threat areas.
• Development and delivery of science-based behavior assessments with ongoing validation.
• Lead behavioral science research projects including design, data analysis, and reporting.
