Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance and more. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, building a schedule that fits your availability while gaining hands-on site experience.

Weekends are required, shifts vary by site, and full-time hours are offered at $18.50 per hour. The role emphasizes patrols, incident reporting, and professional interaction with the public.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and ensure authorized access.
• Report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities with logs.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
