Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Dallas, TX. The role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed anchor shift and optional extra shifts via our scheduling platform for greater earnings.

Responsibilities include customer service, incident response, and routine unarmed patrols across a logistics site, with entry/exit monitoring and detailed reporting. Paid training supports career growth and stability.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor activity at entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in accordance with site‑specific procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Services in Dallas, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
