Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail floor, entrances, stock areas, exterior perimeter, and surrounding property.
• Monitor access points and observe activity while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and suspicious activity in a calm, professional manner, following procedures.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Presence in Coppell, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.94 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail floor, entrances, stock areas, exterior perimeter, and surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence consistent with a high‑end retail environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
