Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced CPR Response in Garner, NC. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up extra hours through the Earn-A-Shift program, aiming for up to 40 hours weekly when needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and maintaining a professional presence. CPR/First Aid experience and a high school diploma are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements, reporting unusual or unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional presence at the site.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time CPR Response in Garner, NC, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.
