United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking dependable Security Flex Officers for the North Houston area. This full-time flex role offers higher pay to support multiple locations and shifts, with opportunities to gain experience across diverse security assignments.

The position emphasizes reliability, professional conduct, and the ability to report to different locations while maintaining a strong security presence and delivering excellent client service.

• Must have flexible availability, including the ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Cover open shifts and assignments based on operational needs.
• Maintain a visible security presence through foot patrols and site monitoring.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
• Provide professional customer service to clients, tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, law enforcement, and emergency personnel.
• Maintain assigned equipment and ensure it is properly used and accounted for.
• Follow all company and site-specific policies and procedures.
