Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Site Coverage in Irving, TX. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our platform to increase earnings while maintaining part-time status.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with a schedule that includes day-time shifts. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, possess a HS diploma, and pass background checks and drug screening per policy.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Site Coverage in Irving, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of logistics and distribution facilities, including the business interior, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor or driver activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and support orderly operations.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
