Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer in Warrendale, PA. This full-time role is scheduled up to 40 hours per week across shifts, with ongoing paid training and clear opportunities for career progression.

You will perform security patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents while maintaining thorough logs and delivering professional service to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• No prior experience required; 18+ in most states; ability to adapt to different post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions and security concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department as needed.
• Report incidents and maintain written logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
