Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services is seeking a Security Flex Officer in Charlton, MA. The role offers full-time flex hours (4a.m.–2p.m., Monday–Thursday) with weekly pay and a starting rate of $20.44/hour plus paid orientation.

You will perform patrols, monitor entries, and respond to incidents across various sites. No prior experience required; a HS diploma or 5 years experience suffices. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer‑owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; respond to irregular conditions.
• Sound alarms or notify police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rules and maintain logs and reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
