Job summary

Construction Partners, Inc. is seeking a mid-level network professional to own enterprise wiring, security, and site deployments.

You will configure switching, wireless, firewall, and VPN infrastructure across sites and acquisitions with limited supervision while coordinating with Senior engineers as needed. You will lead end-to-end network replacement projects, coordinate with ISPs, manage VLAN segmentation, and enforce least-privilege access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of networking experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience with enterprise switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Knowledge of firewall platforms and VPN technologies.
• Ability to design VLAN segmentation and network zones.
• Strong documentation and asset-record management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy enterprise switching and wireless at sites.
• Manage firewall policies and VPN configurations with oversight.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition network replacements and site surveys.
• Maintain network diagrams, IPAM data, and documentation standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide escalation support.
• Monitor incidents and perform root cause analysis.
