We are seeking dedicated inspectors responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler, or Suppression life safety product lines, as well as similar products from other manufacturers. The role involves working with low voltage wiring and associated devices, completing service acknowledgements, maintaining a structured inspection schedule, and inputting data via laptop or hard copy.

What You Will Do

• Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance on fire and security systems.
• Work with low voltage wiring and devices.
• Complete documentation and follow inspection schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How You Will Do It

• Some experience with low voltage electrical systems; training provided for new hires.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and manuals; training provided for new hires.
• Experience with hand tools and multimeters.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform small repairs.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in low voltage electrical and fire/security systems, especially burglar alarms.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Inspector Entrée Course (Electrical or Sprinkler).
• NICET Level II certification within two years of employment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs., climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and at heights.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and travel as needed.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on safety and organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals.
• 1-3 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems.
• NICET certification preferred.
