Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or planning, or equivalent combination of education & experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities maintenance including system ownership.
• Minimum of 2 years in negotiations of contracts & contract management.
• Knowledge of security systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
• Negotiate & manage all major contracts for services while improving value.
• Proactively manage the facility upkeep & respond timely to building maintenance requests.
• Manage security contractors to protect critical areas & employee safety.
