Job summary

GOTAFE is seeking an enthusiastic program assistant to support security operations and event-related activities in Glendale, AZ. The role includes badge and visitor management, incident handling, staffing planning, and coordination of wristband inventory for events and gamedays.

You will assist with gameday prep for the Arizona Cardinals, contribute to guest conduct programs, and support the Tours Program and Lost & Found operations. Location is on-site at 1 Cardinals Dr., Glendale, AZ 85305.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior undergraduate pursuing a 4-year degree in Events, Security, or Business.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to efficiently multi-task.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Time management skills and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day security operations, including assistance with x-ray screening equipment, loading dock activities, and security inspection points.
• Assist with maintenance and verification of emergency preparedness resources, including monthly inspections of Stop the Bleed kits.
• Provide administrative and operational support for security systems and platforms, including badge management, visitor management, incident management, and security technology systems.
• Assist in developing and organizing staffing plans, operational maps, and event-related security documentation.
• Coordinate wristband inventory ordering, management, and distribution for events and gamedays.
• Support Arizona Cardinals preparation and gameday operations, including credential scanner distribution, fan conduct program administration, distribution of public safety credentials, and guest conduct response support.
• Support Tours Program with gameday prep tours the day before each game.
• Assist 24/7 Command and Legends Global Guest Experience with Lost & Found Management.
