Job summary

Meta is seeking a Security Engineering Manager for AI-driven security across web and mobile tech stacks. You will lead a team of engineers focused on securing Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger by building automation to detect, fix, mitigate, and prevent vulnerabilities.

You will partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to design strategies, scale security using AI, and drive multi-year roadmaps while maintaining high-performance practices and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Security.
• 8+ years in Security or Software Engineering, including 3+ years in technical management.
• Proven track record supporting security research or engineering teams.
• Experience across organizational boundaries to drive company-wide impact.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs and complex roadmaps.
• Scripting experience with PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.
• Broad knowledge across security, systems design, offensive security and detection engineering.

Responsibilities
