Job summary

Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is seeking an Engineering Manager for Security Engineering in Seattle. You will lead a four-pillar security organization (Product Security, Infrastructure Security, Detection & Response, and GRC) and grow a team of security engineers.

You will partner with Engineering, Legal, IT and Finance to embed security deeply across the company, balance hands-on work with delegation, and drive pragmatic security outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional security engineering experience.
• 3+ years in an engineering management or technical lead role with direct reports.
• Experience building and scaling security teams in cloud-native SaaS.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own SSDLC and drive secure software development practices.
• Define security architecture for cloud infrastructure and IAM.
• Lead threat detection, incident response, and security metrics.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance programs and audits.
