Imprint is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Security to own the security foundation across AI, cloud, and application security. You will drive governance, threat modeling, and incident response while staying hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, with experience building a security function from early stages
• Reads and reviews code in production languages (Go, TypeScript, Python, or similar)
• Detection engineering experience: built a SIEM or SOAR pipeline from log sources through triage
• Deep AWS security knowledge: IAM policy design, multi-account strategies, privilege escalation
• Operated inside PCI DSS scope and shipped controls that survived audits
• Ability to scope work effectively and drive security improvements
• Experience securing AI and ML systems or AI-assisted development workflows

Responsibilities

• Own AI security governance, application security, cloud infrastructure, detection and response, and identity management
• Build AI-native security capabilities for scaling a small team
• Lead threat modeling for new features and perform secure code reviews
• Design and implement SIEM/SOAR pipelines and incident response runbooks
• Drive SSO coverage, access reviews, and JIT elevation with IT
• Partner on SOC 2, PCI, ISO controls and audit evidence
