Job summary

Goldman Sachs, a leading global investment bank, is seeking an Associate in Security Engineering in Dallas to design and optimize large-scale data pipelines for cyber threat detection. You will build secure data architectures spanning on-prem and AWS, leveraging Kafka, Spark, SQL, and Python to enable real-time alerting and analytics.

You will perform threat modeling, security reviews, and shift-left security practices, integrating CI/CD, Kubernetes, and data governance into delivery.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors in Cyber Security, CS, or Engineering with relevant security engineering experience.
• Experience designing secure data pipelines and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for security data across on-prem and AWS.
• Implement data models and schemas for real-time alerting and analytics.
• Perform security assessments, threat modeling, and code/architecture reviews for applications.
