Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Cyber Security, CS, or related field with 1 year of security engineering experience, or a Bachelor's with 3 years in security engineering.
• Experience with application security best practices (OWASP/CWE) and secure design reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments.
• Experience building large-scale data ingestion pipelines using Kafka, Spark, SQL, and Python across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable batch and streaming pipelines for security data across on-premises data centers and AWS.
• Develop and optimize data models, schemas, and warehouse structures for real-time alerting, incident response, and analytics.
• Implement data quality monitoring, alerting, and observability for reliable pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and delivery of data apps and infrastructure.
• Deploy, administer, and scale data systems using Kubernetes for high availability and fault tolerance.
