Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native services, microservices, or distributed systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Go, Java, or Python for security evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security design reviews and threat modeling across Uber's codebase.
• Assess third-party AI agents for security risks including prompt injection.
• Perform hands-on penetration testing of services, APIs, and AI agents.
• Build AI-powered automation for security reviews and testing.
• Translate findings into systemic security improvements with engineering teams.
• Lead cross-domain security reviews of cloud, infrastructure, and data security.
• Provide guidance to engineers and stakeholders to improve security posture.
