Amazon Stores Security Healthcare is seeking a Security Engineer II to protect One Medical’s network infrastructure. You will lead security investigations, assess risks, and implement controls across evolving systems, working with security engineers and product teams.

This role requires hands-on security engineering, networking knowledge, threat modeling, and AWS experience. You’ll drive automation, document risks, and communicate progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming in Python, Java, C++, or similar OO language.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Experience applying threat modeling or other risk identification techniques.

Responsabilités

• Lead security investigations in partnership with other organizations.
• Act as team lead and provide operational guidance to peers.
• Conduct security reviews of network architecture, automation tools, and infrastructure.
• Perform risk assessments and identify security vulnerabilities in workflows.
• Implement security best practices including network security, identity management, and secure system deployment.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate security controls.
• Support security incident investigations related to infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain security documentation including risk assessments and guidelines.
• Drive security automation including monitoring and alerting for key risks.
• Effectively communicate with executives regarding key events and investigations progress.
