Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Security Engineer II, Cyber Operations, to strengthen our data-loss protection and compliance posture across email, cloud, and endpoint environments. You will operationalize DLP capabilities, coordinate investigations, and tune policies while supporting HIPAA and PCI requirements.

This hybrid role includes on-call rotation and collaboration with clinical and business partners. You will administer security tools, drive incident response, and contribute to security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline; professional-level security certifications relevant to the role.
• Minimum three (3) years of mid-level cybersecurity experience at analyst or engineer level.
• Experience leading security projects and initiatives and healthcare IT security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and improve DLP technologies and workflows (Microsoft Purview and endpoint DLP).
• Triage and investigate DLP, Insider Risk, and data-protection alerts across email, cloud, endpoint; coordinate follow-up.
• Develop and refine DLP policies, runbooks, escalation criteria, and case-management workflows.
