Pantheon is seeking a Security Engineer II to join its Security Engineering team. This hands-on role will own security domains end-to-end, writing detection rules, building vulnerability tooling, and developing automation pipelines to scale security across the platform.

You will work on Security by Design, security tooling, vulnerability management, supply chain security, access controls, and CSPM, collaborating with engineering squads in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Security engineering experience with detection rules or tooling.
• Hands-on security automation in CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Secure by Design practices in cloud-native environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Author SIEM detection rules and response playbooks.
• Build and maintain security automation pipelines and tooling.
• Own vulnerability identification, triage, and remediation coordination.
• Implement supply chain security controls and integrate into workflows.
• Perform RBAC cleanup and manage GitHub org security policies.
• Triage CSPM findings and validate cloud security baselines.
• Define and enforce DLP policies and secrets hygiene.
