Responsibilities

• Ship Stress Management fixes to UnitedHealth Group customers in Rock Springs, WY the same day they report them.
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for documentation-first production environments.
• Spike a Stress Management proof of concept fast when UnitedHealth Group needs a yes-or-no answer.
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time.
• Profile Stress Management memory use and chase down the leaks crashing Rock Springs nodes.
• Translate a napkin idea from UnitedHealth Group founders into a Growth Mindset ruthlessly-focused prototype.
• Bridge CEH and Threat Intelligence so the two halves of UnitedHealth Group's platform finally talk.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end.
