Job summary

Coinbase Corporate Security is seeking a Security Engineer to build and maintain security controls protecting corporate infrastructure, user devices, and enterprise systems. You will partner with IT and engineering to identify risks and ship tailored solutions that balance security with user experience.

You will design, implement, and maintain security solutions for endpoints and SaaS systems, perform enterprise security reviews, and collaborate to integrate security into broader engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security engineering within enterprise environments.
• At least 2 years securing macOS or similar endpoints.
• Production-grade code for security services or automations.
• Experience shipping security projects end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with device trust and zero trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for endpoints and apps.
• Perform security reviews on enterprise systems and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security widely.
• Identify and close data exfiltration paths from local AI tools.
• Provide guidance and code review support to engineers.
