You will lead the CompTIA Security+ migration, mentor mid-level engineers, review code, and drive architectural improvements to prevent bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 5 years of security engineering experience and process improvement in shipping software.
• Experience building and securing scalable systems for large user bases.

Responsabilités

• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with millions of users.
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale.
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team.
• Lead the CompTIA Security+ migration and modernize the legacy stack.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Mentor mid-level engineers through ISO 27001 on-call responsibilities.
• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level initiatives.
• Translate vague tickets into crisp Endpoint Detection and Response acceptance criteria.
