Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a seasoned security professional to implement and monitor controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and multi-cloud environments. You will work with the VP, Security and IT teams to identify vulnerabilities, perform assessments, and drive remediation while strengthening our security posture.

The role requires at least 5 years of security experience, deep Microsoft 365 and Azure Sentinel expertise, and the ability to coordinate across departments to embed security in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ security experience, including implementation and management of security controls.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security, Security & Compliance, and Azure Sentinel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple workloads and communicate with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience administering multi-forest Active Directory and multi-cloud environments.
• Background in manufacturing/defense security or ITAR considerations.
• Understanding of NIST SP 800-171 and related standards; ITAR compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security controls across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and tests.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation recommendations.
• Prepare risk, security metrics, and SSP/POA&M documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to embed security into infrastructure.
