Job summary

CyberSheath is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join its Security Operations team, focusing on implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security infrastructure in a cloud-enabled environment.

The role requires hands-on work with Azure and Office 365, on-premises policy maintenance, and scripting to automate connectors and analytics rules within Microsoft Sentinel, while protecting client environments across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with security product implementations.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Security Administration.
• Deep understanding of Office 365 / Azure AD security tooling.
• Networking understanding (TCP/IP, VPN).
• U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States or its Territories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect, establish and maintain best practices of implementation for our products/services.
• Configure, implement, and support all production security tools and technologies
• Maintain excellent documentation (SOPs) for all security tooling implementation, support, troubleshooting, etc.
• Triage incoming security tickets and requests related to security tools managed by CyberSheath
• Provide support for cloud-based SIEM, EDR, and Anti-Spam/Phishing products
