Job summary

City Bank is seeking an Information Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate the bank's information security program. This role combines hands-on engineering with risk-aware operations across security domains, including IAM, cloud security, incident response, threat management, and AI governance.

You will own security controls, monitor threats, produce metrics for leadership, and collaborate with IT, risk, and business units to maintain compliance and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls and technologies.
• Monitor security systems, analyze logs and alerts, and perform investigations.
• Lead incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Own and administer the Bank’s IAM program, enforcing least privilege and lifecycle controls.
• Develop security metrics and reports for leadership, committees, and auditors.
