Job summary

Snorkel is seeking a Security Engineer to evolve our security posture across cloud infrastructure, developer platform, and product ecosystem. You will partner with the security lead to secure cloud environments, build security automation, and embed security into engineering workflows.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and product teams to ensure scalable, compliant systems in modern cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Depth across foundational cloud security and security engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work across cloud-native, containerized environments at scale.
• Experience with security tooling, automation, and policy-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Infrastructure as Code governance strategies embedded with security.
• Operate CSPM tooling and coordinate remediation with engineering teams.
• Investigate security events, triage incidents, own root-cause analysis and remediation.
