Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity or information security experience.
• 4+ years hands-on with WAFs, bot management, intrusion detection, or API security.
• 3+ years with Akamai or Splunk.
• Technical expertise in steering architecture and solution design.
• Experience with Java or a modern development stack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT product teams, company security, and others to understand software and architecture landscape to design new security solutions and improve existing ones.
• Set up and enforce security requirements and guidance for all brands under TJX to improve overall security posture.
• Design and implement cybersecurity strategies and contribute to discussions on standards, best practices, and methodologies.
• Advocate the adoption of shift‑left security for product and platform teams to ensure security is built in.
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Optimize described tactics through automation and system improvement.
• Mature Agile and DevOps practices.
• Mentor one or more junior team members.
