Figma is seeking a Security Engineer to identify and drive impactful projects securing its product, platform and IT systems. This remote-first role spans AI, Platform, Product and Anti-Abuse security teams across the US.

You’ll collaborate across functions, conduct security reviews, and participate in incident response and vulnerability triage. We value 5+ years in Security or Software Engineering, strong threat modeling and risk prioritization, and proficiency in at least one general‑purpose

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven engineering experience in Security or Software Engineering.
• Strong security judgment in threat modeling and risk prioritization.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose coding language.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform security assessments, code audits, and design reviews for AI infrastructure and platforms.
• Design secure AI data pipelines, tooling, and secure practices across infra.
• Run penetration testing and offensive security exercises; support bug bounty.
• Help respond to security incidents and improve cloud/platform security.
