Figma is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead its security operations program, focusing on monitoring and incident response. In this full-time role, you’ll automate workflows and improve security posture by collaborating with various teams.

Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in security operations, strong expertise in SIEM and SOAR technologies, and be proficient in automation techniques. This position allows for remote work from anywhere in the United States.

• 7+ years of experience in security operations or incident response.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and APIs for workflow automation.
• Deep expertise with SIEM and SOAR technologies.
