Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. is seeking a seasoned pre-sales engineer in Salt Lake City to partner with the sales team and demonstrate our security portfolio to customers.

You will educate stakeholders on technical and business challenges, design end-to-end security solutions, and drive engagements from discovery to POCs, RFIs, and RFPs. The role requires strong presentation skills, solid networking knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into concrete protections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and pre-sales experience.
• CCNP/CISSP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to identify prospects.
• Demonstrate the full portfolio to show how Check Point protects operations and data.
• Educate customers and partners on technical, operational, and business challenges and how Check Point solutions address them.
• Lead meetings with prospects to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Address technical questions and guide Proof-of-Concept activities.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Engage partners and customers on latest security technologies.
• Participate actively in cybersecurity events.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for

• Work closely with the sales team to identify prospects
• Demonstrate our full portfolio of solutions that help keep organizations safe from threats and protect their operations and information
• Educate customers, prospects and partners on the diversity of technical, operational and business challenges many organizations face and how Check Point solutions can solve them
• Drive meetings with potential and existing customers to identify their problems and provide appropriate solutions
• Address technical questions, offer insight into best practices and manage Proof-of-Concepts
• Respond to RFI's & RFP's
• Engage and educate key partners and customers on the latest security technologies
• Active participation in cybersecurity events

Qualifications

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of engineering and pre-sales experience
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of typical customers networks
• Ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer’s environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certifications highly preferred,e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSE
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
