Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, seeks a Director of Security Enablement to lead security operating cadences, metrics, and executive reporting for the Financial Services and Data unit. This role focuses on governance, risk visibility, and cross-functional program execution rather than hands-on engineering.

You will coordinate security KPIs/KRIs, manage Archer-based workflows, and consolidate cloud security findings into leadership dashboards, partnering with Legal, Engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, security program management, governance, or related field
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with enterprise GRC/IRM platforms such as RSA Archer
• Experience running security operating reviews and executive reporting
• Working knowledge of AWS security fundamentals (IAM, Security Hub, Config, WAF)
• Experience in 1LOD/2LOD risk models across multiple business units
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly/monthly security operating reviews, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Define and maintain security KPIs and KRIs, including data quality and ownership
• Coordinate security risks, issues, and deviations in Archer with clear ownership and remediation plans
• Track AWS security posture and migration-related risk for governance reporting
• Coordinate security communications and program execution across multiple stakeholders
• Manage security vendor PoV tracking and Security FinOps reporting
• Translate security activity and risk into decision support for prioritization and escalation
• Stay current on emerging AI and security trends and tools
