Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 1 year customer service experience OR 3 years' experience in customer service or related area.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with emergency response processes, including managing uninvited guests, evacuations, and coordinating actions during incidents.
• Greet and assist associates and visitors, directing them appropriately and coordinating with vendors and contractors for arrivals and deliveries.
• Manage visitor check-in/check-out, verify identification and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide office support by handling calls, maintaining contact lists, and scheduling equipment and meeting rooms to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to complete assignments, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
