Qualifications

• 1+ years full-time experience as a sworn police officer with arrest authority
• Valid license to carry a firearm
• Valid driver’s license
• Conflict management and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgement under pressure
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful environments
• Ability to anticipate, analyze and identify opportunities
• Willingness to participate in required specialized training
• Technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple programs/screens

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations with clear, calm, decisive direction and provide medical care as trained
• Manage access control; verify vendors, contractors and visitors have business purpose
• Protect company assets and welfare of employees, visitors and vendors while prioritizing customer service
• Proactively patrol buildings and grounds and investigate safety/security events as needed
