Work Here!* Diagnoses and repairs complex electronic controls within County facilities including door access systems, Intercom systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, security networks, scanners and duress notification systems; Oversee 3rd party contractors* Utilizes in-house and external expertise to troubleshoot electronic malfunctions and expedite repairs, reducing downtime of security controls.* Develops and follows preventative maintenance schedule for all control related and life safety systems.* Performs various duties related to the commissioning and servicing of building controls, facilities management systems and energy management systems as assigned.* Advises the facility of any problems related to the electrical systems; Reports damages and repair requirements to supervisor.* Maintains inventory of critical spare parts.* Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:*** High School Diploma/GED. Technical School Training preferred.
