Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Route Coverage in Monee, Illinois. This role involves patrolling and securing a technology-focused site, maintaining a visible presence, and providing excellent customer service.

A valid driver’s license is required to drive between locations and respond to incidents. The position offers full-time hours with a schedule that includes early morning shifts, and it emphasizes safety, teamwork, and maintaining communication with site

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
