Job summary

Allied Universal in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Visibility to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a professional, visible security presence to deter incidents.

You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, and document activities while delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time driver position with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct routine and random patrols and observe/report incidents.
• Strong communication with store staff and emergency responders.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location including floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns per site procedures.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately with store personnel and responders.
