The position is full-time with a pay rate of $22.13 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ for armed roles, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. You will work a consistent afternoon schedule and support a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and authorizations, and report access discrepancies or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations.
